EXTRUSION

Raw material taken in granule form is made into extruded film with various additives to provide desired product properties. Corona treatment is the application of electron bombardment technique to the surface in order to ensure that the inks and other coating materials can be adhered to synthetic and other metal surfaces during printing. This technique allows to hold the applied materials (ink, adhesive, lac) on the surface. For this reason, it is absolutely applied to the printing surface before the printing.

PRINTING

The ink is applied to the film using the flexography method. This process is an important process that requires great care. There is a need for good equipment and an experienced staff to hold true colors and then produce quality prints.

LAMINATION

It is the essential steps of production which is a process of sticking two or more different materials (PE, PET, OPP, Aluminum, metallized, pearlite) to each other. It gives strength to the laminated material, prevents contact with the ink used in the package, reduces oxygen permeability, gives opacity and an allure that attracts the customer demand.
    
SLICING 

The wide-width film is sliced with high-tech slicing machines in order to be used in other processes to produce narrow films. 

CUTTING

Cutting process is the process where the final product is made. The products are cut by hot knife and welded to the edges. On the other hand, processes such as tape reinforcement, perforation or lock reinforcement, Mexican hat, side cutting, bottom seal are applied according to the desired product characteristics.

DISPATCHING:

Finally, the product is packaged and delivered to the customer as soon as possible.
